Policies
Quantity Orders
If you need to order more than 10 of any one item PLEASE contact sales@copsandmore.com for special quantity pricing. You need to send the item number along with the quantity you are requesting. We will work up a price for you ASAP and email it to you.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping charges are set to make is easy for our customers to figure. A flat shipping charge of $8.00 for all orders under $50.00, orders from $50.01 to 100.00 is $10.00, orders from $100.01 to $150.00 is $12.00. All orders over $150.00 are shipped FREE. All orders are shipped with insurance.
Damaged Merchandise
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be claimed with the freight carrier. Inspect all packages for damages prior to accepting. Document your immediate notification of the damage to the freight carrier. If damage to merchandise is not visible from the outside of the package and discovered after delivery, contact the freight carrier to file a claim. Save all packing for the carrier’s inspection. We will assist you as much as possible in all claims, but we rely on your inspection of the shipping container and suggest you do not discard the container unless you are totally satisfied with the product.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal but sometimes that goal may not be met.
For Manufacturers Defects
If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect contact our return department by email at returns@copsandmore.com. Clearly identify the defect. We will respond within in 24 hours. Instructions will follow. All returns must be authorized prior to the return of the merchandise.
Return of Non-defective Merchandise
All returns must first be authorized by COPS AND MORE. Contact by email returns@copsandmore.com with the reason for the return and for instructions. Returns must be in original condition and in the original package. All returns contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. A re-stocking fee of 20% may be charged for returns at our discretion. No refund will be authorized until returned merchandise has been received and inspected by COPS AND MORE.
BACK ORDERS
COPS AND MORE will do is best to assure that all product listed a readily available for immediate shipping. Items that are back ordered more than 10 days we will notify you with the date of shipping.
Sale Tax for Maine Residents
Maine Residents will be charged 5% sale tax on all orders. Sale tax is not charged on shipping fees.
